We first met you at any open house in 2008 and then again in 2009, when we viewed a property you had listed (and you remembered us)......You were very informative on each of the properties we looked at and at no point did you presser us.......we did not find a realtor we trusted, until we found "you".......You knew where we had to be dollor wise when we made the initial offer but more importantly you knew when to not offer any more I was very impressed with this I must say) as you were right on the mark!!......You are more than just our realtor, you have become a friend.
