We are the first time home buyers from Edmonton who bought 9822 103 Avenue in Morinville. We would like to share with you that our experience with your team was excellent. As first time home buyers we were not familiar with the home buying process and your team helped educate us on buying a home. Our first contact was with Cameron who had amazing responsiveness to our questions on the property. After a home viewing with Ashley she agreed to be our realtor and guided us from there. We believe that Ashley's customer service was outstanding. She found convenient times to meet with us that worked with our schedule and was always very responsive. I work in HR and Sara works in Insurance so we know the importance of great customer service. Ashley was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with great references for a lawyer and home inspector. Ashley was always positive, professional and friendly during the whole experience up to and including the possession date today. This made us feel comfortable and helped us make educated decisions.
